The goal of our appointment setters is to turn prospects into interested buyers. In order to do it, they must first contact potential clients to introduce the company and discuss its products or services. This is more of a ‘marketing’ task that’s why it’s important that an appointment setter has an educational background in business marketing and is also well-versed about the company, especially its products and/or services.
While appointment setting involves a ‘contact sheet’ wherein details or lists of prospects can be seen, but we also make sure that our appointment setters are also technical and accurate, computer literate, have good record keeping skills, and can handle phone calls with etiquette. Our Appointment setters are also dedicated; because the more appointments are set, better sales opportunities await the company.
Appointment Setting Steps:
Together we select a group of companies that are your best prospects. We look at:
• Which vertical markets are most profitable for you
• The size of the company you wish to approach
• The territory you can effectively service, etc
Contacts may be determined by title or by area of responsibility, which may not be readily obvious by their title (e.g., the person in charge of productivity may be the Plant Manager, the head of operations, or the Quality Control Manager). To ensure & identify the key decision makers you want to speak with, we have various methodologies and few of them are by filtering out the RPC’s from our huge database or with the help of open source.
We call up the decision-makers in suited companies & make sure that the content is been presented to them from our tailor made script developed by combining inputs from one of your & our experts.
We leave no window to errors. To meet your qualifying criteria, we apply set filters for qualifying the right company along with the decision maker, which makes our AG team influence & convert leads into an appointment.
Once you plant a seed, you don’t just let it grow by its own. Applying the same method, our AG team follows the same nature rule to follow up with the scheduled appointment generated for you & to provide with additional information if required.
We then assign the appointments to your salespeople by territory and/or vertical markets. Meetings can occur:
- In person at your customer's location,
- Over the internet in a web meeting, on-line demonstration or presentation,
- By telephone/conference calls.
A confirmation follow-up with both parties; ie- you and prospect, as a reminder for the upcoming appointment.
As the appointments are generated, we send appointments and leads directly to your sales representatives and support staff, usually on a next-day basis and following an internal quality review. Appointment information can also be imported into contact management or CRM software. In addition, statistical reports can be made weekly, monthly or at any frequency you need.
